3. Products
- We make every effort to display our products, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric batches, particularly for handmade or embroidered items.
- All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund, replacement, or the option to wait for restock.
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders and Payment
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s), which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud).
- Full payment is required at the time of placing an order.
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order and payment have been successfully processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Risk in the goods (including loss or damage) passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: If an item you receive is faulty, damaged in transit, significantly not as described, or incorrect, please contact us at info@afiagifts.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Depending on the nature of the problem, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL.
Change of mind: We are not obligated to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. However, as a goodwill gesture, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original packaging with tags attached, and you cover the cost of return shipping.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as prayer mats, undergarments, or intimate apparel) are not eligible for change-of-mind return once the packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@afiagifts.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns and Refunds terms.
8. Account Registration
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
